Terms of service

The service

Lystro lets you design listing descriptions in a visual editor and copy the resulting HTML into your own eBay listings. Lystro is an independent product. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay Inc.

Your account

• You must give a valid email address and keep your password safe.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a plan.

Trial and plans

• New accounts get a 7-day free trial. No card is needed.
• Paid plans are billed monthly, yearly or once (lifetime), at the prices shown on our pricing page when you buy.
• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
• A lifetime plan gives access for as long as Lystro is offered.
• Prices include VAT where it applies. Payments are handled securely by our payment provider, Stripe.

Refunds

• 14-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a monthly or yearly plan, or within 14 days of buying a lifetime plan. Just contact us.
• After that, monthly and yearly payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel at any time so you're not charged again.
• A refunded lifetime plan ends when the refund is made.
• This doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Your content

You own the content you create. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. Images stay on your own image host (we only store their links), and you confirm you have the right to use any images and text you add.

Using templates and exported HTML

While you have an active plan, you may use our templates and the HTML you export in your own listings, for as many listings as you like. A free trial lets you design with the templates in the editor; exporting the HTML needs a plan. HTML you've already placed in a listing can stay there after your plan ends. You may not resell or redistribute our templates as templates, or copy, scrape or extract templates or their code from the editor or previews by any means. We monitor for unusual activity and may pause an account while we review it.

eBay's rules

Our policy check helps you avoid content eBay doesn't allow, but it can't catch everything. You're responsible for making sure your listings follow eBay's policies and the law.

Acceptable use

Don't use Lystro to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• create misleading or fraudulent listings;
• upload malware or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
• share your account or resell access.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Lystro running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve or change features. If we make a change that significantly affects a paid plan, we'll tell you in advance.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we aren't liable for lost sales, profits or business, and our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
